MARK CHAPMAN

Mark has coached volleyball since 2009. He has coached at the high school level (El Toro and St. Margaret's) and club level. He also coaches 2nd-8th grade volleyball at St. Mary's School in Aliso Viejo.

"I coach because I like to see players improve in a sport they love. It gives them opportunities to learn how to be on a team. Coaching gives players a chance to improve their skills , to set goals and work hard to reach those goals. I coach to build confidence, leadership and help athletes learn to trust their teammates."

Mark played 3 years on varsity at Capistrano Valley Christian under Coach George Carey.

When hiking in Yosemite, Mark came face to face with a bear. He hopes that when teams go up against his teams, they have that same fear.

Mark has been coaching for 14 years and has been coaching at Prime for 2 years.
