Rich returns for his 9th season as a Prime Head Coach and just earned a gold medal AND a National Championship with his 17 adidas squad in Orlando where 2 athletes earned All-American awards and one selected as Tournament MVP! Rich’s teams have consistently earned medal winning finishes and he has coached countless athletes who have gone on to successful collegiate careers. He’s had enormous success over the past 25 years coaching both girls and boys at the club and varsity levels. As an athlete Rich won two State Championships at Long Beach City College and then at Cal Baptist where his squad won a National Championship in 2007. Following his college career he played professionally on the beach for 3 seasons. She’s coming off of a very successful season coaching our 14 adidas Orange team where they earned a bronze medal at the Northern Lights Qualifier and earned a gold medal and National Championship with 17 adidas in Orlando! She recently served as an assistant coach at Concordia, Irvine after completing her collegiate career there as the Golden Eagles starting setter. Previous to earning her Masters in Coaching at Concordia Michelle competed for the University of Denver for 4 seasons and earned her Bachelors in Biology. Joe is returning for his 5th season at Prime and brings 18 years of coaching experience at the club and college levels. With our most recent 14 adidas Orange squad he earned a bronze medal at the Northern Lights qualifier! In his first season at Prime he led his 14 adidas squad to a silver medal finish at the Far Western Qualifier and a bid to Junior National Championships in the Liberty division.
