JOE LE

Joe has coached at the club level for all ages ranging from 14s-18s. He started coaching at Saddleback Valley Volleyball Club in 2007. He coached there until 2012 and then went on to join the University of Arizona Women's volleyball team staff as the Lead Manager and Technical Coordinator. From 2015-2017 Joe coached for Club Cactus Jrs in Arizona before returning to California in 2018 where he coached for Rise Volleyball Club until 2021. Joe joined the Prime Family shortly after.

"Coaching allows me the opportunity to teach and guide young athletes to be better versions of themselves, both on and off the court. The mind is a powerful thing and as coaches, if we can instill in these young minds to believe in themselves, then they will have the opportunity to change the world."

Joe played volleyball all four years of high school for Coach Moot.

Joe has been coaching for 16 years and has been coaching at Prime for 2 years.
